• All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR).

• Payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Area: We deliver exclusively within Qatar.

• Delivery Fee: A flat rate of 30 QAR applies to all delivery locations in Qatar.

• In-Stock Items: Delivery typically takes 1-2 days after processing, which is completed within 24 hours.

• Customized or Out-of-Stock Items: Delivery may take 1-2 weeks, depending on availability and customization requirements.

• Shipping Updates: Updates and tracking details will be communicated through WhatsApp.

الشحن والتوصيل

مناطق التوصيل: نقدم خدمات التوصيل داخل قطر فقط.

رسوم التوصيل: يتم فرض رسوم ثابتة بقيمة 30 ريال قطري على جميع مواقع التوصيل في قطر.

المنتجات المتوفرة: عادةً ما يستغرق التوصيل 1-2 يوم بعد معالجة الطلب خلال 24 ساعة.

المنتجات المخصصة أو غير المتوفرة: قد يستغرق التوصيل 1-2 أسبوع حسب التوافر ومتطلبات التخصيص.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except for damaged items.

• If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage to arrange for a replacement or refund.
